How Does It Work?

1) Look at the ‘Available Fabrics’ page to choose your fabrics. The amount of choice you have will depend on the keepsake(s) you are purchasing.

2) Click 'Shop' to select and purchase your keepsakes. This places your order.

3) At the ‘Checkout’, make a note of your fabric choices (list the numbers) in the box, ‘Special Instructions for Seller’.

4) Your special keepsake(s) will be created.

5) Your keepsake(s) are sent to you. Enjoy!

 

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

 

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Bespoke items:

Your order will be dispatched 1-2 weeks after your order is placed. Once the keepsake(s) have been dispatched, I will notify you immediately, via your preferred method of contact.

Dispatch times are subject to change, depending on the time of year and demand for keepsakes. i.e. Busy periods, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas, will involve a longer dispatch time. This will be made clear prior to you placing your order.

 

Ready-made items:

Your order will be dispatched 1-2 working days after payment has been received.

 NBIf a faster turnaround is required, please ask. It may be possible to accommodate this, although this is not guaranteed, due to demand from other client orders.

 

How Much Is Delivery?

UK:

Free, first class delivery for all orders.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is available, in addition to the price of the keepsake.

Contactless, local pick-up is available.
 

International:

Quilted Beau does not currently ship internationally.

 

Do You Ship Internationally?

International delivery is not currently available for any of the keepsakes.

  

Can I Cancel My Order?

Bespoke:

You may cancel your order with 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation of your order must be submitted in written form via email to quiltedbeau@gmail.com Please include your name and order number. You will be immediately re-credited the full sum that was deducted, to your original method of payment. This may take up to 30 days to process.

Aftee 24 hours, the production of your keepsake(s) has begun, therefore your order cannot be cancelled, and a refund cannot be given. This is due to the bespoke nature of your order.

 

Ready-made:

Your order can be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering, before your order has been dispatched. You will be immediately re-credited the full sum that was deducted, to your original method of payment. This may take up to 30 days to process. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the returns process will need to be actioned.

 

Can I Get A Refund?

Bespoke:

Refunds are not given on bespoke, keepsake items, as they are custom-made to order. For faulty or incorrect orders, you must return the items and I will refund the postage. Where the item(s) are not faulty, but you are unhappy with the appearance, alterations may be made. The cost of postage back to me will be reimbursed. When returning items, proof of postage must be obtained, and recorded delivery used. A refund or exchange cannot be given for used or customer damaged items.

Ready-made:

The item(s) must be returned unused, without fault or damage. This must be done within 28 days of purchase. You must return the item(s) and I will refund the postage. You will be immediately re-credited the full sum that was deducted, to your original method of payment. This may take up to 30 days to process. When returning items, proof of postage must be obtained, and recorded delivery used. A refund or exchange cannot be given for used or customer damaged items.
